Your First Appointment at Healing Naturally:
Prior to your first Massage appointment with Ken at Healing Naturally, you will be asked to complete an information form to provide an outline of your current and past health and lifestyle. For your convenience we ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your initial appointment time to fill in this form. For services offered by Annabel this information form will be completed with her.
On completion of the initial health information form we will discuss with you an appropriate treatment.
Time:
Your time is very important to us and so we will endeavour to ensure we run on schedule. To assist us, we request that you arrive five to ten minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time.
To recognise the importance of other patient’s time we do enforce a cancellation policy. Healing Naturally requires 24 hours advance notice of you cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to notify or an inability to attend a scheduled appointment will result in the charge of a cancellation fee.
